Luke Sauter

President and Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO and president, and a former Fortune executive, Luke drives the strategic direction of Vidarrow and uses real-world perspective to develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients. He is also responsible for the growth strategy of the firm, working with retiring advisors to effectively transition their clients to the Vidarrow family. Luke has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and is a Licensed and Registered Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist and Investment Advisor Representative. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Susan G. Komen, where he is the Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Human Capital Management Committee. He also serves on the Development Board at Kohl Children's Museum. He remains actively engaged in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants while also maintaining a strong connection to his heritage as a member of the Nansemond Indian Tribal Association. Luke finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his family and coaching athletics. As a proud husband and father of two little girls he remains committed to fostering a world where every girl and woman can achieve their fullest potential.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with exceptional leaders in a variety of fields. However, I've also seen many professionals in corporate, healthcare, consulting, construction, and non-profits face immense pressures balancing demanding careers with personal financial well-being. These challenges are particularly acute during organizational changes, corporate "transformations", IPOs and exits, or when considering career moves like a job change or retirement. 

With all the uncertainty, (financial) peace of mind can feel out of reach. And many of us simply don't have the time or expertise to keep our financial home in order and Move Life Forward.
